Great experience! We had an issue where our dryer would run but not heat up. I left a voicemail on a Sunday and got a call first thing Monday morning to schedule service. The technician came during the time-window they provided and diagnosed and fixed the issue within an hour of being at our house. I was charged a reasonable price and everyone I spoke to/worked with was very polite and friendly. If we ever have another appliance issue they will be my first call. I highly recommend these guys.

Excellent customer service, from both the call-in center and our technician Jim! Prompt service, was able to fit us in earlier than originally scheduled. Problem with our fridge was fixed quickly, at a very fair price. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Matt was quick to diagnose the issue (refrigerator was not cooling). The problem was with evaporator fan. He replaced it immediately and was meticulous in cleaning up and doing the job right. I felt that he was quite knowledgeable based on the pace at which he was doing things (not rushed by any means).

The company was also accommodating as I had to reschedule couple of times. Quality work and good value for money.

Amazing! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing an appliance repaired. My LG dryer broke and they were able to come out within an hour to fix it. Although it ended up being several different issues and a few more days, Jim and Alex worked tirelessly to investigate the issue and were able to fix it! I called to get a quote on a repair for my refrigerator, I spoke to Roger, he gave me the quote on the service call and advised me that the service call fee would apply to repair cost.
